1. Payment Options

Secure payment powered by Shopify is available on our website. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express debit and credit cards and PayPal.

3. Order Processing Times

Non custom products and non wholesale / bulk orders will be despatched in 3-5 business days. Order processing times for custom products vary, refer to the product page or contact us for more information. 

4. Returns

Please choose carefully as our products are not able to be returned for a refund or exchange if you change your mind. However, please contact us if you have any questions or issues with your order. We will of course assist with any return & refund relating to faulty or damaged goods.

5. Cancellations

No refunds are available for any order cancellations sorry.

6. Label Printing

Please note there may be some variances in label design alignment between labels. Whilst all care is taken to ensure labels are printed to our high standards there will sometimes be minor alignment differences that are unable to be adjusted in the printing process. There will also be differences between the colours you see on your computer screen and the colours on the printed version. 8. Custom Designs

Please check your proof thoroughly. If alterations are required then an amended proof will be emailed to you for approval.

We will not complete the printing of your order until we have received an approved proof. This may delay the processing time of your order if the approval is delayed.
